If i dont meet my goal i can't #winessee for a week
Apparently it doesn't burn as much calories as, say, running or something like that.
Alright check this out 520.
This has worked for me multiple times when I need to slim down.
• drink a gallon of water a day
• drink green tea, a lot
• run, run and then run some more
• weight train 2-3 days a week
• take fish oils
• take multivitamin
• pepper capsules, chilli. Take with milk, trust me.
• eat grilled chicken, tuna, brown rice
• Throw in some sea salt daily
• start your day off with a juice made of green stuff. I use cucumber, spinach, kale, green apple, a few blue berries, celery.
I would argue against that with ease. I know what I burn per hour (as I stated between 600-1000 calories per hour...depending on speed, grade of road ect.) and running is about the same or perhaps a little more. The difference is that I can and do, again as I stated before, 12-15 hours per week. That translates to 7200-15000 calories BURNT per week. I have done weeks with more during the peak of racing season but that is a good average. You will not find runners, except Olympic level guys, being able to run that many hours per week. A big distance for even elite level runners is about 10 hours per week....the average guy just can't do it...don't believe me...go out and try running 10 hours next week....let me know how your body feels...more than likely you will "break down" with injury before you get near it that amount of time.
TT is my idol. I wanna be TT when I grow up 10 years ago.
You just like how I look in my cycling kit...
Just curious, do you have any idea (roughly) what your daily caloric intake is? Cause that's truly a s***ton of burned calories per week. Lots of people don't even take in 15,000 calories a week.
I won't lie. I'm jelly and want to ride a bike badly ever since we talked about it in that one thread.
Bike just ain't in the budget right now.
Looks like the guy behind you likes it too
