Is it true that Australians don't teach their kids that spiders are harmless like we do?

I mean, we only have two bad spiders here both you have to try real hard to get bit by.

Black Widows ain't biting unless you try to squish them, brown recluse are about the same. Neither are dangerous really, BW is supposedly one of the most painful bites is nature. Brown Recluse is only bad if your body does that auto immune thing and you flesh starts rotting.

Y'all got them scary spiders!
