    I have a weird interest in the various styles different areas use for driveway material. They make us do a pea-stone concrete surface pretty much everywhere in Franklin. Much of Nashville as well..

    Id say most driveways are black asphalt up here, then theres some fancy pants with their pebbles and cobble stone, but almost all asphalt.

    thats what my family had as a kid, that same light shade too

    asphalt gets hot, does the pea stone do better in the sun?
