I completely agree. I think after today most will agree, but when we get to about Thursday (maybe Friday), we'll suddenly be back on the brink of success and just one key player away. Then we'll play the Texans, get demolished, and repeat this process......We need to make major changes to this coaching staff this off season, Munch has one year left on his contract, what coordinators are going to come here under a coach that has a sub .500 record in his first two years and one year left on his contract? The alternative would be an extension, and I certainly don't see Munch getting an extension after this year. IMO, the problems go beyond the coordinators. I've heard several media members suggest that Munch gives a high degree of control to his coordinators and relies heavily on them, and I agree...I definitely think that's the case. But if you're saying that our coach needs world class coordinators to succeed, shouldn't that tell you something about your HC?
