When Lovie was DC of the Rams he was happy to see Kevin Carter go because he wanted "blue colar" hard working guys who bring a lunch pail.

Two of the years Carter was with the Titans he played more snaps (as a percentage) than any other DL in the NFL. He busted his ass for the Titans.

But he supposedly wasn't hard working.
