as the only white kid growing up in my neighborhood... a white goofy dude like this just shouting gets a laugh and that's it.

Guy has a purple heart. By no means was he physically intimidating, but I think he would have tried to fought him if he got out of the vehicle.

Purple heart... means he got hurt and survived. Not to devalue it for those that actually earned one- but that's really all it takes.

 

I just think the situation is a bit different on a military base. That guy had too much to lose by causing such a scene.

 

There's definitely something else going on in that guys head.
