GATFT: McNair vs. Bulluck

Mc9 even though Bulluck gave me a shoutout on this website years ago and signed my football, I still loved McNair a little more.
I hate voting for all these ratbird traitors though.

Apologies "Monk", but gotta go with Bulluck. Defense carried this team through all their playoff runs. Steve did some pretty amazing things, but he was never a "team" player. It wasn't detrimental to the team, per se, it was just Steve's personality and style. Keith is a locker room, team guy.

 

McNair was over rated & did zip after 04'.

McNair won a MVP, he was face of the team, he was the only player after the Super Bowl to get national recognition, and he broke a few records. Even after all that, after he retired their were discussions if he makes the HOF. Personally he was my favorite player.

 

And the overwhelming consensus of those discussions was that he had NO chance of getting in the Hall...

 

I think a couple said yes. Definately not 1st ballot though.

 

Henceforth, like I said,
the overwhelming majority said no...

 

Mac 9 lost some of the magic when he left, but Bulluck is still my man.

This was a tough one, Steve really had some magic moments.
