Pre-Game Thread Game 2: Texans @ Titans

I think most of the negativity has been towards Mariota. Anyone ditching vrabel and co are pretty whack. Mariota really needs tonprove himself though and through game one he’s done the opposite.

 

If we get most of our starters back we win. Get the ball to Jonnu and Dion.

This Titans season will be good for you, thicken up your skin, put hair on your chest, then you can learn that the world ain’t all sunshine and roses. It’s a rough place out there.

Since it’s a whole new regime we need to see things come together strong at least for a couple of quarters , so we know our capabilities. That hasn’t happened yet through pre season and game 1. Hopefully Sunday it does. In this league you have to take advantage of shots down the field , you just have to .

Sorry Jeff. I’m usually a pretty positive fan. I think I picked us 11-5 this year.

Last weeks game was just another in a long line of kicks to the pills. I really thought we might have something this season.

 

And the Titans are like a restaurant your parents use to take you to all the time growing up. It was your favorite. You wanted to eat there every year for you birthday, and you always got great service from the awesome friendly chefs and waiters every time you went.

But then you get older and all your favorite staff is gone. They hired a few new people you like and the new chef is decent but it’s still not the same, even the food taste like someone dropped a turd on plate every once a while. Then on top of that, they raised prices after remodeling the building and atmosphere promising you a better dining experience. So you get excited and the next time you go in, the waitress doesn’t ever know what she’s doing and the food gets burnt.

But once in a while, the loyalty for eating there all those years sometimes pays off with comp meals, good deals and the hope that one day your favorite restaurant fixes all the issues that have turned it into the shell of what it use to be, and becomes that amazing place you grew to love.
