Pre-Game Thread Game 1: Raiders @ Titans

What are the players think about mularky actually? Wouldnt someone step up at tell him his predictable playcalling is clownesc?

 

Well beaten by the better team really. Glad we didn't pad the scoreline at the end.

A few observations:
Running game was poor.
Special teams was poor.
Missed tackles continue to be an issue. So disappointing not stopping the run on final Raider drive. They had 7 straight rushes for 2 first downs.
Coaching was sub par - hated the onside kick to put us on the back foot and hated some of our 3rd down play calling.
Need to finish drives, not settle for FGs.

However, im not left devastated as I didn't think we would win this game going into it. There were a few positives here and there to work on

Next week vs Jags is huge and I expect us to beat them

 

Yup, and I expected us to beat them in week 16 last year too.

 

I didn't have a good feeling going into this game and the loss is not a big surprise for me. I don't know what to expect from this team. Of course, I hope for a team that makes the playoffs and a number of so-called media "experts" have rated the Titans highly. I sure hope to see some wins in the coming weeks.

maybe, just MAYBE, teams aren't taking us for granted this year.

 

Carr just made alot of plays basically jump balls every where..

They control the game and the tempo we couldn't rly run because of that.

Now if Blake or who ever is the jags qb does the same then we will be doomed.

 

At least the Colts blow

 

We have the same record as the Patriots. All is not lost.
