    shaun philips, shawn merriman, louis castillo, antonio cromartie, philip rivers, marcus mcneal, and vincent jackson are all still in their rookie contracts.

    im sure there are a few others who i'm missing too.

    Look at the first and second round picks for the Titans from '02 - '05:

    Haynesworth
    T. Williams
    Woolfolk
    Calico
    Troupe
    LaBoy
    Odom
    P. Jones
    Roos

    These should be the core of the team right now. Besides Haynesworth and Roos, the rest have been either inconsistent or outright busts.
