He won the Chiefs playoff game looking off a safety to open Decker up
His throwing motion looks way better . Kind of like when Aaron Rodgers went from that goofy college release to textbook NFL technique. The balls seem to have more of an arch.
Agreed but maybe its the system and coaches too. Finally, he has a staff wanting him to develop and trusting him to throw rather than hand off 3 downs in a row.
I'm glad to see a staff that will allow mm8 to throw downfield. It opens up so much for our team having to cover the long ball and mm8 looks way better throwing it now too. We alway knew he had the legs and the short game down, but going deep is what will make this team really hard to stop. You can't cover the deep routes, the short routes and spy mm8 unless you have a ridiculous d with tons of speed. I feel like we faced the best d against our style of play already and we won. Put your money on titans to win the sb 40-1 right now in vegas
MM8 was an absolute stud last week. Let's hope that this is just the beginning and he can continue to improve, become consistent and especially stay healthy!
Say it with me
Love your devotion to the qb. I’ll be honest with you...some of you have me bought into the idea that JRob is going to look elsewhere at the end of the season. Will Grier?
I agree with those who are asking for consistency. It’s time we see it. We should be able expect this kind of performance week in and week out. On that note..he has looked pretty good the last couple game weeks.
I already said I’m giving him the whole year , gotta ride wit em .
This is what he can do. And I fully believe that if we give him the right system and players around him he can do it at all the time. Just look how well the wr's played tonight. Lets keep this up.
Did y'all see that animation of Mariota surfing the waves?..Oregon first, then jumps to a Tennessee wave and kept getting knocked down by buckets of tuna as a metaphor for the coaching changes? Pretty accurate....
