He will be. That's just my opinion.
They had no reason to not give him more playing time last year. Either that, or they shouldn't have drafted him.
    Here's why...
FWIR, Dinger said Hawk saw limited playing time because he wasn't grasping the playbook well enough. Huh?
All he has to do is either run a route or a blocking assignment for the RB or other WR. If he needs help blocking, they should have drafted a WR from a run heavy offense, not a pass heavy one like Cal where Hawk came from.
If he needs help running routes...just exactly what kind of exotic assed routes does Dinger have him running that he hasn't seen a million times before in college?

Bad decision to get rid of him now. His stock isn't nearly what it could have been a year ago ........ shoulda/coulda but didn't.:grrhee:

I would absolutely love to have Chad Johnson here for next season, given that the trade stipulates they have to keep his mouth in Cincinnati.

    Well...

Very possible...although I found it interesting for Fisher to say they have a lot more work to do. Normally he says something a little more subdued, like we're still trying to get our guys back and if there is someone we feel can come in and help the team (cheaply), we'll see if we can get that done. He was more adament about having a LOT more work to do so it sounds like they are looking at some more stuff...probably PR/KR at least.

Funny how a top tier QB like Manning has to resort to scheisty (but legal) tactics like that to win, huh?

The rest of FA is all about depth. On O-line, CB and perhaps LB and WR. Basically we're set and ready to go to the draft.

so if our offensive coordinator doesn't see him fit to start, why should you? I think it had everything to do with the blocking schemes. He is probably a big p_ssy when it comes to blocking, we've seen it before with some of our WR's.
