Forget about VY starting

Most coordinators would LOVE that. All they'd have to focus on is defending the run. Basically just keeping Chris Johnson from running, because Vince even sucks at running the last couple years.

 

You'll believe anything bad about VY.

 

Seeing IS believing.

 

Choosing how you see things is not the same, you just don't want VY to be the starting QB so you choose to see the games in a way that goes along with that kind of thinking.

Is just amazing how many people post the different reason this team is struggling. When VY was the QB and the team was winning you always saw somebody come up with any reason why they were winning without giving any credit to him, so is no surprise to read posts like this.

 

I don't want VY to be the starter because he's possibly the worst starting QB in the NFL when he is doing so.

Now if he were good, I'd love it. And I'd be a huge fan. But since he's not- I don't want him out there. He's already showed us what he can and can't do. And his cons outweigh his pros.

 

He showed flashes in games 1 and 2, was crappy in game 3 and came on very strong in games 4 and 5, especially 5. He was very crisp and accurate when throwing on the run that game, which I think is the key to him getting over the hump. I'd be very happy to see him start again and resume the process of refining his game this year. If we lose next week, he should start week 5. Period. If we can't get to 500 by the bye, he should be the QB coming out of it for the balance of the season, IMHO.

 

Flashes in game 1? He was very inconsistent. And very strong in game 4? What was very strong about his game? Was it the pick 6 or the fumble on the opponents 5 yard line?
