SUMMARY: After the Titans turned in their most embarrassing performance since moving to Tennessee in 1997, Coach Jeff Fisher vowed to do everything he could to return his team to respectability. "Ultimately the performance and lack of production falls on my shoulders and I am going to take responsibility for this and I assure you from this moment on nothing like this is going to happen again," Fisher said. "There was a lack of focus, a lack of discipline early in the ballgame that allowed this game to spin out of control. From the time I get on this airplane to the time (next) season starts I am going to do everything in my power to get it fixed. We can get it fixed and we will. But what happened tonight was unacceptable."
