If Munchack can't motivate his team to beat these winless and highly inferior teams when it matters, he needs to go.

Why would he do much better now?
He's a great DC, I'd prefer him as that to HC for 2 reasons:
1. He has a Titans/Oilers background
2. He hasn't had much success as a HC

 

It isn't about what he did, it's what he hasn't done as a head coach.

On day one of his tenure he said he wanted to run the ball and stop the run. Going in to today's game we're 15th rushing and 26th stopping the run. We couldn't run the ball today against the worst rushing defense in the entire league.

In year three we have no identity on offense or defense. When things go wrong we don't have anything to lean on.

Not to mention he hired a bunch of buddies on his staff instead of guys who can actually coach.

 

Time to consider Greg Williams for HC

 

I am amazed at myself for actually starting to think that this team could begin to put together something. We should all assume that just when they need to make a statement, to put away a team that is a joke, that they will in fact mail it ****ing in.

 

IDK guys...I'm speechless. One things for sure though, someone needs the BOOT!

 

Our teams will sure be a lot more motivated with him, rather than emotionless Munch talking to them. Which pregame speech would you prefer before sending your players out? Munch's or Gregg's? Gregg wouldn't stand for all this BS. We would finally be winners like in the 90s with him.

 

the whole coaching staff minus williams needs the boot. from the opening kickoff we were not prepared to play. We had no fundamentals at all

 

need a complete retooling agreed, somebody who is aggressive offensively and some spread elements. Hopefully Williams is kept as DC
