Fire Gray!!!

I hate to say this cause it sounds cold but as long as Bud is around we are not going to sign a big name coach. No coach with the skill and expertise of a Cowher or Gruden will want to come here and have the owner meddling in his affairs and the way he runs the team. Were gonna have to hope for another Fisher type so to speak. An eager assistant who becomes a good HC.
