Nice find. Reading that actually makes me want us to sign him. Nice to have a player want to go to Tennessee.

A good backup S and a stud special teams player? Sounds good to me.

Especially if we aren't planning to make any big high dollar signing, then why not. Wilson and Griffin on ST, that would be sweet.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers reached agreement with defensive back Eugene Wilson on a one-year, $1.8 million contract that includes $500,000 guaranteed, NFL Network's Adam Schefter is reporting.

The deal also includes $400,000 in incentives that could bring the value to the deal to $2.2 million.

The Buccaneers plan to play Wilson at cornerback.

 

well, if he was good enough to start, he should have been able to have secured the position here

 

His agent made it sound like he was willing to take on a backup role, plus we could have started him at nickel...

 

any way possible to get players out of new england would be fine with me. I hope the patriots crash and burn next year.
