Georgia and Clemson are top 5 in terms of talent and coaching. Missouri probably isn't top 30.

 

I'm not crazy about his college stats. He had a ton of TDs in 17, but a low completion percentage. Lower TDs and yardage this year, but 63% completion. But it's worth noting he's not in a garbage conference like PAC or BIG 12 and faces legit talent each week with an average cast of talent around him.' It's hilarious to think how Mariota would fare if he had to face Georgia and Alabama as opposed to Oregon State .

His arm is top notch NFL caliber , nobody can argue with that. And he does things required of NFL QBs these days, like difficult tight window throws, extending plays with his legs and arms, sick throw on the run ability, and just a crazy throw radius. I love the calm pocket demeanor, unlike our frantic windup monkey toy of a QB.

He's not going to go in the late rounds because scouts actually look at traits translatable to the NFL, as opposed to 40 TD QBs like Mariota, who actually turn out to be capable of 1/4 that production as a professional
