    I think that this mantra should disappear. Granted, I haven't been around for long, but this team is in the playoffs. If they had done things the "Titans' Way", or some other oft-used slogan, we wouldn't be. Things are obviously different now. There is Plenty of reason to have hope for the future.

    I agree we can’t completely assume we will do things the way they have previously been done. New group in place now and many good things have happened with the changes. However, you rarely see a complete fix in a season and I believe more changes are on the way.
