    One thing I'll give Mularkey is that the team doesn't make boneheaded mistakes and stays disciplined in terms of not having too many penalties. I see a lot of teams have those issues which can just lose a game for you. The real problem is just the offensive side of the ball, especially the playcalling. So if we can bring in a new coaching staff and tell Mularkey to get the hell out of the way and just manage the game, I'd be fine with that. Of course, that's probably a pipe dream.

    I'm just afraid we're going to be losing out on a bunch of good coaches to other teams.
