....now that the Rat-turds are out? Or does it make it worse...knowing we should be playing Arizona in Tampa?....if we'd only gotten some pressure on Flucco and held on to the ball.

No I feel worse because it should have been us playing and not Pittsburgh.

And for the love of God stop with the blitz talk, ask the Eagles how blitzing worked for them, it's not a guarantee so can it.

Now wait a minute...before you go telling me to "can it."... I didn't say we should be blitzing every play...i simply wish we could have gotten some more pressure on Flacco. A blitz now and then to keep them honest would have been nice...but a fact is a fact - we didn't get very much pressure on him.

All you have to do to beat the Rat-Birds is not turn the ball over. But I feel a lot better. I always feel good when they lose.

I don't feel better, it just furthers the FACT that us losing was a fluke. Had the Ravens won the Super Bowl or at least made it then you can at least hang your hat on the idea that we actually got beat by a quality opponent, not by a fluke like we did.

And don't compare the Philly/Arizona game to ours with the Ravens. The easiest way to beat ANY rookie QB, but it Dan Marino, Vince Young, Joe Flacco, or anyone else, is with early and consistent pressure. The easiest way to lose to a great, veteran QB is to blitz too often. One clean, hard hit in the first quarter will change a rookie's perspective on the whole game. I agree, some more aggressive calls on D couldn't have hurt, but with that you risk the big play. Hindsights 20/20

I feel much better knowing the Ratturds are out. You can't compare the Eagles/Cardinals game to playing the Ravens. Two totally different teams and style of play. You pressure on Flacco and he throws INTs. You try the same with Warner and he has good enough WR's and talent to burn you. I agree that not turning over the ball we would have won, but I also think we would have probably stopped them on the last drive and maybe forced a few turnovers ourselves if we had blitzed at least some instead of none.

I'm glad their out but still insanely frustrated it's not us taking the trip to Tampa.

Thing is... the Titans D played it safe and it still allowed big plays, though in the end the Ravens only managed to score 13 points. That should've been more than enough to win the game.

We should be the AFC Champs. But hey, what can you do? Just pray for a good off season with all our free agents and draft coming up and we will be back with a vengeance next season!
