I get the whole neighbor thing and there are also plenty of people who claim things for money.

But what benefit would McNair get out of setting this all up? It plummets the trade value, potentially suspends his best player, and doesn’t make Deshaun want to play for Houston anymore than he already does (which is what the team wants. They want him to play). I just don’t see a legit motive to try and set this up.

Not only that but if McNair were caught he would 100% be forced to sell the team. I can understand why people might see that angle but when you break it down I just don’t see how there’s any benefit for the team in this.

Now that doesn’t mean Watson is guilty. This easily could be someone trying to get money from him that has nothing to do with the McNair’s. Everyone in Houston knows Tony Buzbee so the neighbor thing could be a total coincidence. High profile people live by high profile people.

Absolutely nothing. There is no way the Texans are behind this. For all the reasons you said, plus, they would never sign another free agent. Players aren't going to play for a franchise who would pull something like this.

Deshaun has always seemed like a likeable guy, but at this point, I am betting that we end up seeing there is quite a bit of truth to these allegations (though I could be wrong).

If this was an inside job it would be the single biggest sports story in our lifetime. It would literally make the Houston Texans organization crumble to the ground. I just don’t see that as being a realistic possibility. But I’ll wait and see how it plays out.

With all the complaints now.. it just doesnt make sense to me at all.

If Watson is that into massages, why doesnt he have his own massage therapist at this point... If he is wanting a hooker, why doesnt he just hire a handful of strippers. It is clear he is calling, thats pretty proven, something just seems weird about that to me.

Looks like some kind of fetish. It’s very weird behavior. There are 9 and they are taking and vetting 4 more. The NFL has officially opened an Investigation and the Harris County DA is rumored to be now deciding whether to look into it. It’s bad no matter how you look at it. He did something at minimum very stupid and at worst repulsive and criminal. There is an established pattern now.

Well, since he reached a higher number than Gov. Cuomo, cuomo’s resignation can stay in the drawer for the time being.

Watson (won’t dare continue using DW due to the slight on DW) is in big trouble with this many. Proof aside, 9 is going to be very difficult to disprove n a “he said, she said” court case.

We haven't heard Watson's side other than these claims baseless.

This is a smear campaign for settlement money. Maybe McNair has had a conversation with Buzbee, doesn't matter. I'm sure McNair has indirectly communicated to Watson in some fashion he can help this all go away if DW just toes the Texans line.

You've a young star NFL QB who has utilized "home masseuse" services. Even flown a particular person out for service. The "home masseuse" industry may be only about massage therapy with some clients, but it is a shady business with celebrities. It is frequently a front for service along the same lines as the "escort" industry. I don't doubt some rub and tug was going on. DW just wasn't careful enough about what he did and who he did it with. It really is that simple.

We'd hear all the details except they involve DW having to admit he was frequently utilizing the "happy ending" of the home masseuse. And now each of these masseuse's story is "he rubbed me inappropriately....." "he made it where I felt I had NO choice but to give him oral sex....." etc. And the media would like to portray him as somebody who preys on "vulnerable young women". I'd suggest the nature of the "home masseuse" business is equally to prey upon vulnerable young men who get confused about the limits of the service.

DW has a record of great community service. And when he speaks, he's articulate and sounds to me like a young man committed to his profession and being a good citizen and team member. He just wants out of the Texans. I find him more credible that professional "home masseuses" who could at any time in the encounter leave.
