    He'd be a good signing because we need D-Line depth, and talent will probably be drafted high to get heavy reps. But Thomas seems like good depth there, probably better than Fisher.

    don't know where the article got 55 tackles from, but every source(nfl.com, yahoo.com and espn.com) has him with 29 TOTAL tackles last year and just 51 in his career.

    Thomas is not good. Good lord the Titans let Odom and Laboy go to replace them with the likes of Thomas is pathetic.

    The tackle stat is nutty and I have no idea why the NFL doesn't standardize it.

    You go to NFL.com and KVB has 60 tackles for last season. You go to TitansOnline and it's 115.

    thats a huge discrepency. I don't even know how that big of a difference could happen.

    Back to Josh Thomas, reading up a little on the colts forum, apparently they think he's terrible... :(

    they(the writer) probably went by the team website, which is usually A LOT more liberal with its tackle stats.

    I wouldn't take a colts fan seriously when it comes to evaluating defensive talent. Hell, their front office can't even do that.

    The guy is terrible. Decent against the run but not very effective as a rusher. DEs that are good against the run are a dime a dozen if they can't rush the QB. We already have Connover don't we. Same type of player.
