Don’t live there so it currently doesn’t affect me, but not a fan of the city paying for stadiums. Owners can pony up the money and they’ll easily get their return without the city’s assistance.
Let the small startup business either find success or flop on their own if banking on the stadium bringing more customers in.

mid also think the new stadium doesn’t bring in THAT much to the city since it’s not like a brand new team moved in to the city, the titans already brought in whatever revenue when they moved to Nashvegas in the first place.

They're gonna cash in on the tourism and people moving permanent residence while they can still foot the stadium bill, and make a dollar for the city.

Nashville is like a top 15 fastest growing city in America, and that will be what pays for it.

Happy to see that side of the river get developed. Hopefully all the tourists will go over there and we can get the strip back.

Stadium is a civic project. It will host events other than NFL games. The owner should NOT be responsible for the entire cost. Affected residents (taxpayers) should be able to vote their opinion via a referendum. The project WILL bring in addtional revenue for surrounding area businesses, so there is a community benefit.

I'd be more concerned about the government printing off another 50 trillion dollars.
