catching punts is pretty freaking easy and it's a completely different action than catching passes. You catch punts with your chest/lap/arms, very little hand involvement. Catching passes is ALL hands.

 

Wasn't he highly touted coming out of High School?

 

Yes, but was always considered a college spread offense player only. He has extreme (Barry Sanders like) shiftiness, but with his size the only thing he could really do as a pro would be returns and he's actually not fast enough to overlook the fact that he doesn't really fit anywhere other than returner. Realistically, he's just too small.

 

Kinda like Pat White was really. Just too small. Pat White was great in college because he was a phenomenal running QB. When he ran in the NFL, he got KTFO!

 

Yeah he was, and he had a nice career at WVU. His only knock was that he was a tiny fella that couldn't be a every down back in the NFL.

Deion Sanders loved and endorsed the guy, but dude was just too tiny to play in the NFL.

 

He maybe too small but last nite harper looked to fat like lendale white and he does not pound it in there like lendale.

 

Harper runs like a wimp for a guy his size.
