    Seems pretty clear we could have DHop if we want to leverage the future to get him. To pay him what he wants, we would have to extend Tannehill and Henry. Ran has to weigh the cost of a possible short term gain against less cap space the next few years

    They aren’t extending Henry or THill. It wouldn’t take that anyway. They can backload the deal. The Titans have over $100 million in cap space next season. They could easily give him a 2 year deal backloaded.

    Definitely not the Bears, Ravens, Panthers, 49ers, Falcons, Saints to say a few that are pretty close to matching stats with TN (whether it was more runs or less pass att).
    Absolutely not the same at all.

    We'd be fools to pay Hopkins to come here. He would only make 22 catches for us, since we don't pass and have a QB that loves to throw into triple coverage on the regular and is on his way out the league.

    No need to entertain Hopkins to the Titans anymore.

    Cut Tannehill, expose Levis and draft Quinn Ewers to be our next franchise QB for years to come.

    guilty as he might be on the 1 occasion that happened, even as horribly timed as it was, nowhere close to the track record of THill.

    22 is probably also underselling what he’d get. Might only be 35 catches, but that’s right in the thick of team leader territory.

    So Levis is already a waste to the point you want to draft another unknown QB before he plays in 23’?
    I’ll give you credit, at least your unjustified love for a 23’ QB wasn’t spent on Caleb Williams for this post.
