Could Tampa Draft Mariota?

does anyone else think having a female owner will keep us from taking Winston if hes there? The Bucs also have a co-owner thats a woman, and rumors have it she not excited about the backlash Winston may bring to her team.... Hmm

 

Well, I guess we won't agree on this one ... we'll just have to table the discussion and bring this thread back up in a couple years. lol

If TB takes Mariota I think SD keeps Rivers

 

I dont, Winston is almost a sure thing if he can simply stay out of jail

 

That may be a big if lol....so if SD wants Winston than why wouldnt they deal Rivers to TB?...I get the Whiz connection but they have Jackson who Rivers had good years with as well

 

Let's face it....not a chance in hell the Titans pass on Winston if he drops. He ran a pro offense, a day 1 starter, exciting, and has the big wins to back it. I personally don't like the baggage, risk, and interceptions vs Mariota, but no f ing way do they pass up your possible franchise QB for LW etc....unless they get a wicked trade which I hope happens

 

Winston the player is great, Winston the guy sucks ass. If he's not great from day-1 he's a guy you'll grow to hate fast. A little Winston goes a long ways. I pray he kills it if he's our pick, otherwise it'll be another long 4 years

 

2013 version of Winston was a great player, 2014 version put his team in a ton of holes that they wouldn't have come back from without overwhelming talent compared to their ACC competition.

 

Yeah, I hope we don't go Winston, but I can't see them passing him up.....
