SUMMARY: After three games, the Titans currently rank second in the NFL against the run. Contrast that to their ranking of 30th just a season ago. Many factors play into the early improvement and one is the run support provided this season by Titans corner Nick Harper and Cortland Finnegan. "Our corners are tough," LB Keith Bulluck said. "That's what I like about Cortland, he's feisty, Nick is a savvy vet, he's feisty too. We don't have any punks out there at corner. They are going to come up, set the contain, come up and get physical with wide receivers. All of that is great." Harper and Finnegan rank second and third in tackles with a combined 39 so far this season.

Packman slam? Ouch! Notice we haven't had any of those big punkish penalties so far out of our DBs. Hmmm. Wonder why?

Pac wasn't that weak against the run. Hill was a liability.

We also haven't had a return game that scares any one. I like Finnegan, and I like Harper vs. the run. Pac is the best we have against the pass, and Harper has looked dazed and confused on a couple of plays where he has been burned.

Keep your eyes on Davis, moreso than Griff I think. He's going to be a solid, not the best, but a solid returner. Providing he holds onto the ball.

    I seriously doubt that.

Bulluck doesn't strike me as someone who would be "buds" with someone like Pacman but then again hes a nice guy so they probably are good friends. I'm sure he doesn't approve of the crap Pac does.

God I miss that little freak..

there have been numerous articles about how bulluck had taken pac under his wing and tried to get him on the right track. he even offered pac the opportunity to stay in new york with him throughout the offseason and workout.

his nickname for pac is "little buddy" for crying out loud.
