I agree, it's time to set them free, but you need insurance AKA someone with a lot experience.

 

Tommie will probably stick around just because he is a solid special teams player.

 

TC is undisciplined on special teams, therefore he will be a huge liability as a full time CB..

I personally don't think TC will sniff starting as a CB.

Like to see him be a quality player.

 

I'm a tad worried.. I've always been a big McCourty fan and continue to be. I believe BWW deserves to take over Verner's spot. Coty is quietly an extremely solid nickel corner. I like this trio.

And if one of them gets hurt? This is the NFL, lots of injuries occur.

It's time to give up on Tommie Campbell. We don't know anything or have reason to be optimistic about Wooten.

I think we're a sleeper for Justin Gilbert at 11. Barr or Gilbert are my top 2 at 11. I'd love Mack but doubt he's there. Mosley is likely an option. Biggest realistic surprise would be Carr.

 

I remember the BWW being considered a 1st round pick at one time. So the potential is there.

 

I would like to see us bring in Cromartie for a visit. He's the best free agent available, wouldn't make him a starter but would be nice to have him for liability insurance.

 

I will say this, we're in a more prime position to take a corner at 11 than we ever have been. I don't want a corner at 11 but I won't be too upset if we go that route. 11 is a pretty solid spot to take the best CB in the draft.
