According to some posters here, it was a fantastic pick regardless of what the team gave up because the Rams got the player they wanted.

I disagree with that of course but that is many posters logic that post at go titans.

 

Did Robinson ever address why he took Johnson while all of those DL were on the board?

Maybe Johnson projected as the best pure NT. GB seems to have picked Kenny Clark for that reason, and Johnson is for sure better than him.

 

Every time I think how JR traded our 1st overall to Fisher for extra picks, and Fisher using that pick on a QB that is 3rd on his depth chart.

Good ol' Field Goal Fisher.

 

The only thing I would have done differently if I am the Rams is maybe give up a 3rd 1st to us as well. Otherwise, perfect trade.

 

Hey Fisher not only coached us to a super bowl but he's still helping the Titans in a major way. We should ALL love him.
