I agree with you, but in regards to your last sentence, that is a result of his lack of maturity and personality issues that he needs to work on, and as you said with his natural abilities taking him so far and being able to coast through life he has never had to work on it.
I mean just look at how many have taken the fall for him.

 

I certainly agree he is immature. And the career he has leaves room for some levels of immaturity. He just doesnt seem to realize where that line.

 

Of course due to a bigger population. That's sort of a gimmie in this convo though, isn't it?

The world's state of affairs really isn't all that bad. WWII is far worse than anything I have seen. There have always been outrages. People are much more inclined to have sex at a much younger age than they would have 50 or 60 years ago. At the same time the horror and bloodshed of centuries past was IMO much more hostile and brutal than todays tech wars. That's not to say people don't die bloody deaths in a theatre of war today. I'm just saying that humans are not as savage as they once were. Back in the days of the Roman empire a staggering amount of women were total sluts, even property... (keep in mind we are talking about the cradle of western civilzation, I know it goes on today though) Back then the world's population was a mere fraction of what it is today. I threw out a couple posts indicating the worlds population has doubled and that there are 102,000,000 million more people in America. Most of the moral degregation is technology driven I suppose. It's an interesting thing to look at... but it's very easy to argue it either way. I just believe the world itself is evil and it's up to the person to navigate through it. In forty years I may look back to this present day and long for a simpler time...
