Comcast screwing customers again?

    Well, I spent 2 hours on the phone with them yesterday, getting transferred from one department to another, all of them scared of the question "I want to see where my data has been used". May not even be possible but no, I dont trust them, and am not happy taking their word for it lol.

    Since they are obviously useless, I have downloaded a network monitor to monitor it myself to see what happens.

    I know many people have had comcast with no issues, but I have had repeated problems with them almost every time I have used them. When we moved back to TN, I told her "Watch, they will **** you one way or the other"

    Since then? An error on their part, sending my wife to collections. Hidden charges. An up charge over past usage. (They charged us 30 bucks, we called and asked why, they said "You were getting a channel that you were not supposed to be getting the past few months, so we are charging you for it" ), and now this.

    Really cant wait until Google comes out. I have always disliked Comcast, seemingly endless ability, to screw people over.

    Thats actually one of the main reasons why the cap came along. Everyone is cancelling their cable services because they can watch everything online now. This is supposed to help them recoup some of the losses.

    Maybe if they didnt raise the price of cable every 6 months, people would stick around.

    Google Fiber is going to make them all eat ****.

    It is going to take them another ten years to really start to hurt them but it is happening.

    The worst thing in the world for Comcast, Charter and AT&T is for people to suddenly have an option.

    Comcast sucks - but they all suck.

    I wouldn't get all giggly about Google either.
    Have you every tried to access CS in regard to any of their products.
    They don't have CS. They pawn off all CS on other users...
    It's a formula that has worked great for them so far: "Got a problem? F**k you, figure it out on your own"...
