I was hoping the Titans would teach the diva a lesson by succeeding without him. (and they would have)

His $30 Million guaranteed is tops for RB but his average annual salary is behind Peterson. Big ups to Reinfeldt for getting this deal done.

I'm just proud to think differently than the masses then be labeled a troll for calling people out on their programmed opinions.

 

Trolls are only good for stepping on and hitting with baseball bats. It is also a delight to see one smashed on a busy street occasionally.

It is obvious that you are a contrarian. Nothing wrong with that. I sometimes take the non-majority side of things just to be a jackass myself.

But taking to the extreme can start to make people replace the word jack with the word dumb (see jackass above) in the description of you.

 

I do not see how the Titans would've been better without CJ. Granted, even the year he ran for 2k, they didn't make the playoffs, so he ain't gonna do it alone. But, who or what else can this team sell to the public that shows it as a legit pro team? The best players on O and D are unproven (besides CJ), and the veteran players are "also rans" more so than stars. Face it, the best players this team had were VY and CJ, and they needlessly let VY walk.

As far as the D being fresh, it could really help itself by getting themselves off the field . You can't blame the O for 3 & outs if the D gives up 13 play drives on the very first possession.

 

Won't we need to make a cut right away now? I know we were able to keep 80 plus CJ because he was on the "do not report list." Now that he's signed and will report won't we have to cut someone to keep the number at 80?

 

Sort of shocked they paid it. Good though now we can move on.

Off topic but in playing Madden the other night I broke a run off with him for about 50 yrds and the announcer did the Get away from the cops speed thing. So as shocked as I was when it got said said live I'm even more shocked they put it in a game.
