CJ is the 'Rob Deer' of the NFL

To effectively use cj we need to throw him more screen passes
The issue is that he CANT CATCH FOR ****!

He needs open space since he can't break tackles and he isnt getting that space with 8 on the box
If we want to remain a run first team we need a ground and pound rb
Cj isnt a consistent 20+ rushes a game player and he cant catch so he really isnt a 3rd down back

Add in he is soft and there is no reason to keep him at his salary

He is the perfect complement back, not workhorse

 

We keep hearing how this guy NEEDS big open spaces, well why then does he play the one position that requires running thru large herds of people? Why isn't he a slot WR like Dexter McCluster?

I know CJ's hands come into question quite a bit, but for real, he can't play RB effectively anymore.

 

And this right here is what pisses me off so much about Chris Johnson, you will never see this kind of effort from him unless he knows money's on the line

 

He need to be use as a 3rd down back only just like the Giants did with Dave meggett
