    i really hope collins take a paycut and stays with us. i really don't trust simms to be our 1st backup. also for those blaming collins for going 0-6 go and back and look at how many dropped passes we had in those first 6 games.

    all you have to do is look at the deep ball % to see who the most effective qb was on this roster last season. collins didn't complete a single one in his 6 starts.

    Tavaris could Def. run this offense, because he's mobile. I think your right about that, but i think we are asking more from Vince than just manage, we don't need him throwing for 300 every game but i think he's more than just a game manager like KC.

    Not many.. and by no means is Collins an upper half QB.. But we all know this team isn't gonna win many games down by multiple TDs no matter which QB starts. If the secondary is leaking like a sieve as was the case in those games - it's game over..

    And I happen to agree with you about what these QBs are asked to do.

    I still hope we take a QB in rounds 5-7 with some upside like Perrilloux, Robinson, Lefevour, Brown, ect.
