    Since we dont need the extra cushion, I wouldnt mind the cap staying put so we can survey the market more clear based on cap space available.


    Now certain guys might not hit the market.

    You can probably add Murray 6.5 and Cassell 2.5 to that. Total 56.2 to spend. About 9 million to save for rookies.

    Though, we also need to save about 20 million for Mariota next year for his 5th year option.

    Was just about to say the same thing. Also, cutting Cyprien post June 1 designation would save ~$6M.

    Wouldn't mind cutting him loose and bringing in a safety in the draft or possibly someone like Eric Reid.

    Personally, spend what you have to... let the rest carry-over to when you know you'll need it to resign or extend key players. EXPENSIVE ones, at that.

    I've never been big on spending in FA just to spend.

    Draft right and strengthen through FA... unless you're "there".
