    He came in pretty quick. It took Simon a little while to get up to speed. I'd bet he suits up next week.

    He's going to need some time to learn the "complex" system Schwartz runs before he gets on the field. I doubt he even plays next week. But after that he should be up to par and Conover will be on the inactive list.
