Browns open to trading up for Trubisky

Honestly, if I'm Cleveland, here is what I do.

I take garret at one.

At 12 I take bpa.

At 33 I take bpa.

Later in the second I take bpa.

If one of those happens to be a QB, great. If not, whatever.

Cleveland is a dumpster fire. They have next to zero decent players. This QB class is garbage. The chance that one of them is clevelands savior is next to nil. Playing on a roster devoid of talent, no rookie QB will succeed.

They will be picking top five again next year too. Maybe it will be a better QB class.

In the meantime, build a damn team. Get that future QB a defense, some weapons, and a line. Set your next QB of the future up for success. Let some scrub vet take the pounding this year. Gabbart or keapernick or osweiler or who the hell ever.

 

Would love 5th for 12 and 33. We could fill a ton of holes.

How many players do you think we could draft at 33?

 

Could trade down from 33 to mid 40's and get another 3rd giving us 2 firsts, a 2nd, and 3 thirds...which is what I think was meant by we could fill a ton of holes since they should all be starters or potential starters/key role players!
