The Broncos would select Mississippi LB Patrick Willis with the No. 10 pick in the draft.
That's interesting for the Broncos to have moved up to 10 without knowing who will still be available. They are rumoured to be interested in Willis or Carriker, but what happens if they are both gone by then?
I have to agree. Trading picks without a player in mind that you can definitely get is a risky proposition. Maybe they have information that we don't. In any case, I don't see what benefit this has for Denver that wouldn't have still been there on draft day.
If they're trading up to 10, they're going to get their guy. Guarantee that. They know who they want and are making sure they're in a good position to get him.
