How many superbowl appearances would the Titans have if we were an NFC team?

I'm on the brink of renouncing my fanatic status if we don't make the move the NFC... The NFC has proven itself to be a conference where Fisherball actually works. :ha::moon2::ha:

Every few years, a slightly above average NFC West team sneaks into the superbowl basically by getting all the rights breaks in the playoffs. The Cardinals did it, The Seahawks did it, The Rams did it... Yes... The Giants (who were terrible in that regular season snuck into the superbowl)

The Titans are captive to their conference. In the AFC, there are 5-6 contenders each season. In the NFC, it's nothing but pretenders.

Let's face it guys. AFC south is where the big boys play football. Even the sorry @ss jags could beat most NFC teams. It's time to realign the conferences and divisions to make sure everyone is playing an 8-8 schedule each year.

:: End Breakpoint... Tim to make it flo!

This was a possibility when they realigned the conferences. Bud lost his right to vote by moving the Oilers. Supposedly we were going to the NFC South with Atlanta, Carolina and Tampa. Not sure why that plan didn't go through, probably to keep traditional rivalries that don't make Geographical sense (Dal in NFC East, Mia in AFC East)

So in other words, we could have been division champions every season?

NFC = SEC of the NFL.

They beat up on each other. Because they're so good. Yeah...
