    But it seemed to perpetuate from HC to HC.

    The HC changes here... but certain things don't seem to here.

    The question is do we hire more “fisherball” coaches or make them conform to “fisherball”ways.

    Outside whiz, who was just a total disaster, I’d say the earlier.

    So this harkens back to a post I made in the "change of direction" thread.

    A HC hire is made if that candidate conforms to what the FO wants... not necessarily what is successful.

    We are caught in the FO's theory of football.

    Ya it’s bad. Bud Adams was bad about it and Amy seems like a weak attempt at copycat.
    Being bad at copying a bad formula is what keeps this team from taking any real steps forward.
