Can we include the Lebron choking every single year in cleveland? I mean that was an every single season affair. Or what about the bills losing all of those superbowls?

nope ... all of these are epic choke jobs ... eg up 3-0 in a Playoff Series (in the case of the Bruins - they were up 3-0 in the Game 7 & couldn't finish)

'99 European Ryder Cup - up by 4 points going into the final day (singles) - The US Team scores 8.5 points (in 12 matches) to take home the Cup

    etc

What about the Patriots a few years ago? 18-0 only to blow it in the Superbowl?

the reason I left football off is because it's one game/week as opposed to a 4 round weekend/a playoff series & no NBA team has ever come back from being down 3-0 like the hockey/mlb teams listed in this poll

Cause next to the Vikings he is an amateur choker.
