Locker room culture lessons from a guy that quit on the team

 

the roster will do the following, like the last 10 years or so. Play really well for 3-4 games (we have already had one of them), play like SH1T for 4-5 games (we have had One of those, and play 7-9 game that could go either way depending on breaks or more importantly, IF THEY SHOW UP WANTING TO WIN....we have had ONE of those. That breaks down to a 5- 9 win season, 5 on the low side and NOT the TOP selection...probably top 3 or so, 9 wins means same old, same old picking arouind 20 (that sound familiar to you?). This roster is the definition of Mediocre

Titans are 28-23 since JR took over, better than over half the NFL

 

So....right about average then....I rest my case

 

thats not average in this league tho lol

we're 3 games worse than the SB bound Rams. 2 games behind the SB champion Eagles. And 1 game behind the Falcons who were in a SB 3 yrs ago
