It's about that time on my Facebook page and in real life where the "fake fans" come out the closet.

As of right now, I literally have around 7 people who are now claiming that they are fans of the Seahawks or Broncos and now have their logo as their profile picture. Not once this whole season have they mentioned anything about the Seahawks, nor the Broncos (other than the typical "I love Manning" crap). I will be quizzing these "fake fans" up until the SB with all kinds of questions. Something tells me they won't know who Chris Warren and Cortez Kennedy is.

Can someone tell me what's the point in jumping from team to team like that? I just don't get it. I had an influx of friends claim to be Ravens or 49ers fans last year too. That crap just doesn't impress me at all. Makes me sick. Must be nice winning the Super Bowl every year though.

Be prepared to be called a bandwagon fan when we end up going back to the Super Bowl.

My friends would consider my Titan pride 100% legit if we ever made it back to the SB. So I'm covered in case that ever happens.

lol. at current rate, I will be nearing 70 years old by the next time the franchise will be playing in a Super Bowl. Whatever the team's name will be at that point.

I am pretty sure all of us don't have to be worried about being labeled as bandwagon Titans fans hahaha. Exactly why I enjoy you guys and this forum. Titans fans are a rarity and a small family, but its genuine.

I agree to an extent about how sickening it is how people just pull for whatever team is playing the best. Typical herd mentality though. I have been watching the Titans play since they moved to Tn, when they had just a handfull of fans in the stands when they had to play in Memphis, while stadium was being built. and they will always be my team. For better or for worse.

But at the same time, I like the game and have an interest in watching the big game and hope the Broncos win it. If that makes me a bandwagon fan then, well whatever.....

People like winners. It's seems to be a human condition. It's always better to be on the winning side. It gives them some kind of emotional pick-me-up I suppose. See, we have been down so long, it's looks like up to us. :cj:(have to use it a lot before he leaves us)

This thread isn't calling anyone out on this forum. It's the one's that all of a sudden are supporters of the teams that are in the Super Bowl, NBA Finals, or National Championship. It happens every year on my Facebook page.

I just can't make myself see anyone on here being fake. 1. fake fans don't waste their time on forums 2. It's not like we have a history of being a franchise that wins year in and year out.
