    The best way to do backup QBs is what NE does consistently, accumulate picks and grab one in the 3rd or 4th, coach them up, then trade them for a net positive. Marcus doesn't need a clipboard coach anymore. I agree with you for the most part, but having someone that can at least give us a chance when Marcus misses a game or two is a need, albeit not as major as the positions you mentioned.
