As upset as anyone, but when you look at the situation rationally....

We could easily go 11-5. All we need is a healthy team and our secondary to step it up. Chris Dos Ocho is amazing, LenDale is doing well.. both of them did good against the Jets top 5 rush defense. KC isn't that bad and the WR/TE core is shaping up. Even the run defense is doing really well. 11-5 would be great, that's what i went with at the start of the season... and i'm sticking with it!

To answer all of your questions, yes it is. Well it's at least his responsibility.
You must not know much about leadership. You can delegate authority, but not responsibility. Who's shoulders does this ULTIMATELY lie on? Fisher.

At times we outcoached them yesterday and at times it was vice versa. Sometimes our players made excellent plays and at times they didn't make plays a High School player can make.

Really? No one better? Because I don't recall McCourty dropping or fumbling any kicks when he took Mouton's place.

He actually played NB pretty well when they put him in. I actually somewhat trust him as a DB, not a PR. His tackle on Cotchery on that inside slant was a heads up play.

He's the one that said 'best team we've got'. It may be the case, except for everyone that is on the outside looking in.
He's also the one that said, 'our returner is already on the team' after they let Carr and Jones go (and after Jones had a dam good 5th PS game). Open mouth, insert foot Jeff.
What would we have liked for him to do? Well, Griffin and Johnson were two possibilites for return men. They've done it before. Neither have fumbled or muffed a punt AFAIK.

So yeah, this one is on Fisher for some nasty roster mismanagement.

The issues we are currently having should have been addressed and resolved during the off and pre-season. Period.

The one stat which is glaringly different this season from last is turnover ratio. The Titans are -3 right now. During the 10-0 run last season, they were in the top five in that category.

Defense has what..3 turnovers forced in 3 games? Sad.
