Anyone who picked Duke past the first round hasn't been paying too much attention this year...

As for Vandy, they were awesome today, though GW was totally outmatched. And now my Commodores square off with nigel's Cougars...

 

I'm a big Duke fan ever since I was younger(Dad's almamatter). I can't say how badly I'm PO'ed about the game. It was a joke and shows how lacking we are depth wise. And honestly SK, it's a bit harsh to say that. Duke started off good this year, but the youth/lack of depth would go into tank mode against better teams late in games and lose them. That's what happend last night against a good perimeter shooting team.

I like Duke because they produced Luol Deng and Chris Duhon, two of my favourite Bulls.

 

I took my medicine and this thread has totally turned into a march madness thread.

 

Duke sucked this year because they don't recruit athletic wing players anymore. Where were the Cory Maggettes, or the Grant Hills on this team? They weren't there

 

I am just going to say what nobody wants to say. Duke was front loaded with white players. They had 10 plus players who were white. I picked them to go out of the first round because of this, and they did. It's just the truth.
