The Commissioner is considering having the Superbowl played outside the US.
    No tradition is sacred now...

It will never move. NY helps market the nfl, new orleans can't, and this is about business. The fans of NY energize the whole thing. Without them, it would be less of an event to watch.

    Rotate the event..

The super bowl isn't in the same place every year so why the draft? With 9/11 it was unthinkable to move anything from new york a couple of years ago but new york is booming now they have more than come back.

Why not just use a different NFL city every year? In 32 years every city will have hosted it. That gives the local fans a chance to come down and watch the event live. It would be a nice economic boast to the host city and for the first year new orleans would get it first New york last. Are we all not sick of watching a bunch of jets fans in ugly green whine about their picks?

I gotta' dissagree. NY isn't the only city with NFL fans.
Going to NY to see the draft has to be boring, (coming from someone who has visited NYC several times). New Orleans can make the event alot more interesting and fun IMO.
The Commish is already working to reduce the time between selections to get more veiwers, a sure sign that they are aware of the boredom.

host the draft on mardi gras and whenever a team makes a trade, all the other teams cheerleaders have to flash them....
