Andrew Luck STILL Not Throwing Footballs

We barely won most of the games we won last year. We had terrible game plans and terrible offensive schemes.

Sure, this is the nfl. Games are going to be close. But we should see better this year. I expect to see us be more aggressive eary in gaining leads, rather than just screw around and play in the second half.

Looking at it objectively, we won in Indy because Marlon Mack couldn't handle a toss and fumbled the ball inside his own five. The offense was absolutely pathetic that game.

 

Sean McVay credits LeFleur for almost everything their offense did last year, and they led the league in 1st quarter points. So this is very exciting times ahead after watching our turtle of an offense last year.

 

I believe in LaFluer, but I think that's just the kind of guy McVay is. Accepts all of the blame and gives the credit to others. The anti-Mularkey.

 

maybe, but fact of the matter is LeFleur comes from a place thats the complete opposite of what we were seeing last year with biscuits and mularkey, a huge plus in my book

even derrick henry said this is a very different looking offense now

 

there is a reason the Titans played down to the competition...

 

Mularkey had a flawed vision, he played not to lose. Thats not how you win games. Fisherball does not get you anywhere.

 

Are you sure about that? A coach who sends in a CB or #3 RB as a receiver on the most crucial play of the game seems like he really wants to lose.

 

Those games were way closer than they should have been. But I believe the issue was all the coaches and scheme, which are all now gone.

 

Averaging 3 points in the 1st quarter is playing not to lose

throw the football passed the sticks and try scoring TD's, dont run the ball on 3rd and 7 and take the lay up.
