Only guess is they hope he will be better next year. Not going to happen with this offense though.

 

Burks had better numbers than AJ the last three weeks and was going line for line in the first quarter before the illegal hit.

Hindsight on downing for sure. Should have never been the OC selection

Metcalf and Deebo (edit: and Tyreek Hill) had production saying they should be top paid WR, Brown didn’t. So when he got $25 mil per year, that’s the top of the market or more than what his production said he is.

 

He is coming off the ACL but unless Downing goes any WR is redundant

Vrabel supporting Downing is confusing but can he fire Downing or is that JRobs job?

 

And yet “we don’t know where the money is” for Jeffery Simmons……

 

It was def ejection worthy hit. And unfortunate for Burks (and us).
But Burks is just as injury riddled as Brown was.
